To protect our lesson content and student accounts, this website may allow only one active login at a time for each user.

For PayNow payments, access may only be granted after the payment has been checked and approved by our admin.
5. Learning Materials
All lesson videos, images, templates, stencil files, notes, and course materials are for your own personal learning only.
You may not copy, record, resell, upload, share, distribute, or use the materials to create another paid or public course without written permission from Zundeng Art.
6. Payments
Payment must be completed before paid lesson, course, or membership access is granted.
If there is a payment or access issue, please contact us and we will review it fairly.
7. Refunds
Once digital lesson access, course access, or membership access has been granted, payments are generally not refundable, unless otherwise agreed by Zundeng Art.
If you experience a genuine issue, please contact us and we will review the matter fairly.
8. Certificates
If certificates are available, they may depend on course completion, lesson progress, or other requirements set by Zundeng Art.
9. Respectful Use
Please use the website respectfully.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to access another user’s account, copy protected content, or interfere with the website system.
10. Website Availability
We try our best to keep the website and lessons available, but temporary downtime may happen because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, or third-party service issues.

We may update, improve, replace, or remove website features, lesson content, pricing, membership details, or these terms when needed.
